Shipping Policy

At The Studio Aroma, we are committed to delivering our fragrances to you in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In instances of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer pan-India shipping. Delivery times typically range from 5–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: For international inquiries, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp to discuss shipping feasibility, rates, and estimated timelines.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Studio Aroma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Fragile Packaging and Damages

Fragrances and glass bottles are fragile. We take extreme care in our packaging process using premium protective materials.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at thestudioaroma@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist with the claim process. An unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution of damage claims.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-shipping the order.

7. Missing or Lost Shipments

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer support within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation.
